There are so many wonderful strategies for managing money, successful relationships, improving your health, etc.  You do these things to attain happiness by improving your life.  Yoga also improves your life and makes you happy, though yoga’s true goal is spiritual upliftment.  The ancient teachings speed you toward attaining the ultimate – the knowing of your own inherent Divinity.  Yoga calls this your “Self”.

Ganesh Yantra Painting Workshop

invite you to participate in a wonderful opportunity to delve into your Self through Yoga,
Yantra painting, group discussion and a delicious vegetarian lunch.
When you paint a Yantra with heartfelt focus and a meditative mind
you deliberately evoke the unique qualities each Yantra carries and cultivate it in your life.
Painting the Ganesh Yantra will help you open to new opportunities,
remove obstacles on your path and help you release habits that no longer serve you.

What:  Yoga class; Morning Tea; Yantra painting; Divine Lunch;
group discussion and meditation.
You will be given an A3 template to create your Yantra and take home
