Relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Improves your circulation. Clears toxins and removes wastes from your tissues. Improves your vitality!! Finish with a delicious and deep Shavasana.

And with this special online offering, we can come together and delight in all the wonderful benefits of yoga, from home.
This “vinyasa” (sequence of poses) is not based on the “Start at the Tailbone” approach (even though some of the poses and sequences will be very familiar).
Instead, it moves every joint in the body safely and slowly in every possible direction, which can reach quite deep in the body. It can be very relaxing or very invigorating – or both at the same time!!
Enjoy TWO HOURS of a deep and enriching yoga experience with QUALITY time out to recharge the batteries, fill your cup, learn something new, and feel like YOU again!!
