EXCITING NEWS
Starting Wednesday I am embarking on further Svaroopa yoga trainings with the teachers from the USA while they are here, and I will have some more delicious yoga goodies for next term including 1/2 day workshops (imagine that, 3 blissful hours of Svaroopa yoga), new variations on familiar poses and more. Watch this space. Will keep you posted!   I’m delighted to let you know Jules and Annie will be taking great care of you while I’m away. They have just completed their Level 2 Svaroopa yoga teacher training. Awesome effort ladies. HUGE CONGRATS!! OOOMMMMM xxx


PLEASE NOTE:  Some guidelines for Term 2.

  • Payment is by terms for attendance 1 class per week on day booked.
  • If you are unable to attend your booked class, please let me know and we can try to organise a make-up class within the term.
  • OR we can deduct the class payment from an Embodyment yoga therapy session or private yoga class before commencement of next term.
  • Any classes not attended or by other arrangement within timeframe will be forfeited.
  • Casual rate $25 for first time visits only or by special arrangement, space permitting.

I’m really looking forward to Term 2 where we can explore more of the potential of this amazing and blissful yoga.

Painting the Ganesh Yantra will help you open to new opportunities, remove obstacles on your path and help you release habits that no longer serve you.
