Whatever time you have spent doing yoga, you know that your experience gives you so much more than a healthier body.
What is that for you?
Here is an opportunity to explore that question for yourself and to learn from others.
We will use the monthly contemplation articles as a starting point for discussion. This is a great way to expand and deepen your
experience.
We invite you to join us in this venture of ‘more yoga’!
The group meets monthly by Skype at 8.00am – 9.00am; and participation is free.

The next group will be on Sunday 16th Sept.

This year we are focusing on reading and discussing our monthly contemplation articles by Swami Nirmalananda, Vidyadevi Stillman and Rukmini Abrussi– (Spiritual Upliftment)
